mexico

The times they are a-changin’.

This post seems to be older than 16 years—a long time on the internet. It might be outdated.

Here’s the first of two special posts by Brian (my brother). Stay tuned tomorrow for the second one:

Well it was my last year down in TJ. and every thing was awsome except for my site. we started off strong but as the week went of there was some on site conflicts. It also didn’t help that we had six people my site that had never been to mexico before so we didn’t have a lot of experianced workers. It actually rained the first two days which was dissapointing but it was clear and sunny the rest of the week. It was nice to be a senior and know everyone really well. I probobly gave over 40 massages and recieved more than i do in a year. We started reading haikus before the evening services so people started making them up and saying them all day. Some one actually made a haiku about my massages. The one song that everyone had stuck in the heads the whole week was “the way i live” by Baby Boy Da Prince featuring P. Town Moe. There were so many in side jokes i can’t even remember. there were two new games that came to be. The first was started by Garret Myers when he asked me “Brian, if i was a race car how would you drive me?” The Clique of junior girls i know began making up several different spin off’s of this double entendre and proceeded to question me on things like “if i was a chocolate covered strawberry how would you consume me” all throught the week. Carl longton crosses the line when he asked me “Brian if was a drum how would you bang me?” i proceeded cross the line even further by replying “Hard and fast”. Over all it was a memorable week with high and lows but overall it was fantastic.
