Welcome to Vegas

The times they are a-changin’.

This post seems to be older than 17 years—a long time on the internet. It might be outdated.

I’m in Vegas and still awake. To address the earlier post, the front windows on the plane are electrically heated. This prevents fog and frost build up. There was an ‘overheat light’ which means that the electric element isn’t working. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. Since it was raining in Denver and the climb up to cruising altitude would take us through a freezing spot, they decided to change planes on us.

But I’m here now. Jacqueline picked me up from the airport and we cruised the strip and hung out before her feet got tired (she was wearing a pairs of shoes a little too small). I then walked down the bottom of the strip and back and here I am. I’ve taken some photos and have scouted out places to take LOTS more. Should be good shooting.
