As promised, here is Saturday’s news:

Kelly McConnell, from my Bible Study, is engaged to Kristin Engler.

This is a pretty substantial point since it marks the first of TheBS guys to get engaged. I think many of us honestly thought it was going to be Ben and Caitlin. Kelly, the dark horse, caught us by surprise (well, at least me). That doesn’t mean that I don’t think he’s cut out for the challenge of marriage. On the contrary, I think Kelly is wise beyond his years.
