This is frustrating. I was supposed to go to mediation with my neighbor tomorrow evening, but that’s been called off as she had something come up. Looks like we might not meet until after the week of February 5th.
The farther into the semester it goes, the harder it’s going to be to find a time that works for everyone.
Keep track of the number of times and reasons for her changing the dates. You will be able to use that information at mediation to show that life with you living above her was not so unbearable. If it were, she would put that above all other priorities……don’t you think?
Save all correspondence from her, and to her as well. You’d be surprised at how relevant this can be at times. Aunt
