Skype has 3rd Party Video. Lucky.

Kozmik writes “Looks like the first of likely many video plugins for Skype has arrived. Dialcom claims the plugin which works with Skype, will provided end to end encrypted video that will work behind NATs, proxies and firewalls. Currently only supports Windows.

I’ve downloaded the program and installed it. My webcam is setup and working. Now all I need is for someone to Skype me.

    [IMG Video4Skype video] Unofficially, video for skype now works, provided via a third party, Dialcom, with end to end encryption.Andrew Ferguson just shared this with me: Video4Skype. We tried it out and it seems to work pretty sweet. I should have taken some screen shots of the picture in picture, but the picture above shows the test screen and I put in red where you see the picture in picture
