While the words we not as sweet as those from CSM, they were welcome just as much:

congratulations!!

you’ve been offered conditional admission for fall 2004 to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

And yes, they didn’t capitalize “congradulations!!” or “you’ve.” You can see for yourself if you don’t believe me.
